Photograph from a 1975 issue of Ujima, the Portland State University Black Studies newsletter. The upper photograph shows a march in downtown Portland addressing police killing of young Black men. George Allen holds the bullhorn. The bottom photo shows Charlotte Rutherford addressing a crowd at the same event. Both George Allen and Charlotte Rutherford were involved in the Black Student Union.
